A law needs to be created which will punish harshly those who create false books,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], accountants who endorse the bogus financial reports and the government officials who turn a blind eye to these practices. Simplified class-action cases need to be introduced quickly,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], so that victims can gain compensation from unscrupulous business men.
